My Journey

Alfia began her coaching career as a business coach and corporate trainer for a Fortune 50 company, where she spent nearly eight years helping entrepreneurs scale their business beyond 7 figures. She later earned her Master of Science in Leadership and Coaching, with a focus on organizational development and strategic leadership.

Driven by a desire to create meaningful change beyond financial success, she founded Reframe It, a coaching and consulting firm focused on executive and leadership development. Her work quickly expanded, giving her the opportunity to support over 20,000 leaders and entrepreneurs—from C-suite executives to senior leaders across a range of industries—on everything from leadership growth and organizational development to large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.

But her journey didn’t stop at business strategy. After navigating her own personal healing from narcissistic abuse, she became a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach. This experience reshaped her mission. Today, she not only supports women in healing from emotionally toxic environments but also trains other coaches and organizations to become trauma-informed.

As a lifelong preacher, teacher, and ministry leader of over 20 years, she brings deep wisdom, spiritual grounding, and practical strategy into everything she does. Her work now blends business strategy, mindset mastery, and emotional resilience to help high-potential women heal, rebuild, and thrive.
